Christine Rossouw is a lifelong seeker, her walk with yoga began 17 years ago. She has trained with teachers from all parts of the globe, across various disciplines, traditions, and modalities as she continues to explore and understand the inner and outer landscapes of the human wilderness. She is the owner of Peak Physique Hot Yoga Underwood, where she leads a team of exceptional yoga teachers, whose goal it is to create a safe and inclusive place of learning and practice – a place where students and seekers from all walks of life can remember and reclaim their embodied wisdom and liberation.
